If any product comes apart within 120 days of purchase because of manufacturers  defects you can return it with the receipt and original package and we’ll send you a new one. The customer needs to cover all shipping fees. Please email info@powerbalanceshop.co.za to start the return process.

Please ship all used and/or unused portions of the product with your name and original invoice/receipt to the address below. Please include your full banking details and also your contact details. Please note that we need your original invoice (has to be from a authorised retailer) to refund your money and also for warranty purposes!
