Tracking numbers are available within 48 hours after your package has shipped. Log in to view your tracking number.

My Order has not arrived / I Never Received My Order
Please log in to check tracking and your order status. Once you’ve retrieved your order you may “submit an investigation request” and our customer support agents will quickly take care of your request.


Transit Times
Most orders ship out USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 2-3 days for delivery. All other UPS and USPS mailing options are as noted.

International:

Any orders shipping internationally are not refundable or exchangeable. Due to USPS shipping limitations, we’re not able to track International shipments. International orders are shipped via USPS and delivery timing depends on location.  Here are approximate shipping timing: Canada (10-15 days); Europe (2-4 weeks); Russia (2-4 weeks); Middle East (4-6 weeks); Australia (2-4 weeks).
