FREE ground shipping for orders over $100 in the contiguous United States. For all other orders, the following shipping methods and rates are available.

Domestic:

USPS First Class (5-7 business days) P.O. Boxes not available. UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days) UPS Next Day Air (next business day). Delivery times are based on the day your order was shipped and can take up to 3 additional business days.

International:

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. International Customers please note--We do not ship product to or accept orders from the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Luxemburg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. For APO FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our USPS First Class only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm EST will most likely be processed the following business day. To ensure overnight delivery on orders placed prior to 4pm EST, please call (888) 487-7201 after placing the order. Express orders placed after 4pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Power Balance reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
