FREE ground shipping for orders over $100 in the contiguous United States. For all other orders, the following shipping methods and rates are available. Please allow 72 hours for your order to be processed.

Domestic:

UPS Ground (3-5 business days), not available to Hawaii, Alaska or P.O. Boxes FedEx 2 Day (2 business days) UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days) FedEx Overnight (next business day) UPS Next Day Air (next business day). Delivery times are based on the day your order was shipped and can typically take 3 additional business days.

International:

For APO FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). Overnight and 2-day options are not necessarily guaranteed. Orders placed after 12pm EST will most likely be processed the following business day. To guarantee overnight delivery on orders placed prior to 4pm EST, please call (949) 272-7300 after placing the order. Express orders placed after 4pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Power Balance reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
