FREE ground shipping for orders $75 or more in the contiguous United States. For all other orders, the following shipping methods and rates are available.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 72 BUSINESS HOURS FOR ORDER PROCESSING PRIOR TO SHIPPING.

Domestic:

USPS First Class (7-10 days). For expedited delivery, FedEx options are available.

Canada:

Canadian orders are shipped via standard mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

International:

International orders are shipped via standard mail. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. All duties and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). To ensure overnight delivery on orders placed prior to 4pm EST, please e-mail customerservice@powerbalance.com after placing the order. Express orders placed after 4pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Power Balance reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
