Proof of purchase required. Refunds and exchanges are accepted for purchases made directly from PowerBalance.com or at an Authorized Power Balance Retailer.

If any product is found to be defective within 60 days of purchase, return the product to the Authorized Power Balance Retailer with the proof of purchase, and we will gladly exchange it.
